Tyler is HOT’s Executive Director. Prior to HOT he has led diverse, people-focused, technology-enabled projects across the public, private, non-profit, and international humanitarian sectors. Tyler is a disaster recovery and community development professional with 12 years experience leading components of multi-million dollar projects for global clients and organizations across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. His field experience includes living and/or working with communities in four developing countries in Latin America and Asia as well as disaster risk reduction, relief, and recovery efforts in Africa, Asia, and the United States.
