Lucio currently serves as the Vice President of Service Platform for Satellogic. Previously he worked for Canonical as a technical lead and architect. He founded Core Security Technologies, and was the primary shareholder of Movilogic.

He holds degrees in Computer Science and Theoretical Math from Universidad Centro de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Exactas.
