Keith is currently the Senior Geographer for the Geospatial Operations Support Team (GOST) at the World Bank. He previously served as a Private Sector Development Specialist and Economic Geographer at the Bank. Prior to that he was a Policy Advisor to the US Mission to the OECD at the U.S. Department of State and Geospatial Analyst at Delex. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps for eight years as a Geospatial Intelligence Team Chief. He received an MPA in Public Policy and Public Affairs from Science Po and a BA from Mary Washington College in Geography.
